COST
The Distributor agrees to purchase the Magazine in quantities of 25 magazines at a cost to the Distributor of $5.00 each for the current issue. The Distributor further agrees to only sell single copies and only at the price of $8.50 each for the current issue and $11.00 for back issues. The Distributor will sell no subscriptions and will direct all subscription inquiries to WOW. The Distributor further agrees to pay half the cost of shipping and handling if applicable.

PAYMENT
The Distributor will remit payment to WOW before shipment of the Magazine.

DISPLAY
The Magazine will be displayed in a prominent place. The Magazine will be displayed and sold shrink-wrapped. Only the customer will remove this covering after purchase.

RETURNS
If the Distributor returns the Magazine unsold, the Distributor will pay the complete shipping cost. WOW will inspect all returns for damage and will fully reimburse the distributor the remainder of the payment.
